Lupin Beach, a development of EBSCO Gulf Coast Development, Inc., developers of Alys Beach, is a new luxury community directly fronting the Gulf of Mexico along the serene Emerald Coast of Florida. This intimate collection of 20 new homes is being designed by Historical Concepts, Atlanta-based architecture and planning firm, and built by Alys Beach Construction. Of the total residences, 10 will be direct Gulf front homes. The community will deliver five private dune walkovers for exclusive beach access, and a Lupin Beach neighborhood pool amenity with restroom facilities. Long stretches of untamed dunes covered in scrub oak and palmetto gave way to the occasional rustic beach cottage on stilts or bunkered in cinderblock.
