Lupin Beach, a development of EBSCO Gulf Coast Development, Inc., developers of Alys Beach, is a new luxury community directly fronting the Gulf of Mexico along the serene Emerald Coast of Florida. This intimate collection of 20 new homes is being designed by Historical Concepts, Atlanta-based architecture and planning firm, and built by Alys Beach Construction. Of the total residences, 10 will be direct Gulf front homes. The community will deliver five private dune walkovers for exclusive beach access, and a Lupin Beach neighborhood pool amenity with restroom facilities.

In addition to the white sand shores and clear emerald waters of the Gulf, the proximity of Lupin Beach to Camp Helen State Park offers access to the largest of the nearby coastal dune lakes, Lake Powell. These extremely rare dune lakes are found only along the Gulf coastline of Northwest Florida, and in coastal Oregon, Australia, New Zealand, and Madagascar. A beautiful dance between the dark, tannic tea of the lake and the clear water of the Gulf takes place when the channels form periodic openings, channels, “outflows,” of one into the other, access to Lake Powell is a beautiful natural asset for Lupin Beach.
